The practical session is delivered with each session focusing on a different theme such as balance, agility or teamwork. The structured sessions use football based drills, and allow progressive development individually and collectively within the group. We know football is not for everyone, so alternative games are integrated, which work on relevant skills on the football field and in everyday life.

The cost for the programme is £10 per session and sessions last one hour. We have made the cost as minimal as possible so we can cater for everyone and make it as inclusive as possible, as we believe every school child should have the opportunity to progress on this program. This price also includes a free ticket for each child for a home game at Queen of the South, and they will all receive a certificate for their efforts.
